Our years with you, even before you were a “company,” continue to show us that you pick the finest! “Steve” has been servicing our new home, in Lebanon, TN, since we bought it two years ago. He is thorough and does such nice little “extra” places around the house for us to keep our home safe from those pesky little critters! He is also clean as he works, making sure that he does not walk in the house with his shoes on. This is important to most housewives and most wish their husbands would do the same! Ha ha. Steve is always so very pleasant and takes the time to answer all my questions, leaving me with a complete understanding of whatever I ask. He is a great Christian gentleman and a great benefit to your company. He represents Ameri Care as you yourself would. Are you paying him his true value? Hey, this is my question not his! Ha ha It has been years since we’ve met but I still remember how well you treated us and our home while we lived in Milton.

Over the past couple of years, it has been our privilege to have you treat our home every three months on behalf of Ameri Care. During this time you have done a very fine, thorough, comprehensive, and professional job for your company. But more importantly, we have developed a personal friendship.
When it comes time for our quarterly treatment, Vicki and I both look forward to your “visit” to our home. Just want to take a quick second of your time and Thank you! I had talked to you yesterday morning on the phone concerning our possible termites and you got Evan out to our house last night. I just wanted to say THANK YOU and how much we appreciated him and the time he spent with us answering the many many questions we had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was running a little late and we received a phone call advising us of that, something you don’t normally find in companies but a blessing to know someone still has courtesy enough to take that extra small step. Also, knowing that we were his last call of the evening and that it was about 7 if not later before he got to leave he wasn’t in a rush and still took his time. Anyway, again I just wanted to say THANK YOU it’s really hard now these days to find a business with good customer service and when we receive it I like to pass that on to the management team.
We look forward to next week when your guys will be coming back out to take care of these little buggers. I have also passed on a few business cards to our neighbors and friends. You’ll be getting a few phone calls!
